Tow cable with driven guide or routing trollies

A tow cable in which the drive motors of the routing trollies are provided with a circuit to cause an increase in motor speed during generator operation. There is a circuit responding directly to the generator current and another to the speed increase. There is alternate step-up and step-down in the speed of the drive of the trailing vehicle until generator operation is discontinued. In front of the load but attached to it is a non-driven slave vehicle. There is an end clamp for the towing cable on the guide rail. The supply-side routing trolley is attached to the end clamp. The following trollies are joined together.
