发明名称 Cavitation bubble and ultrasound field strength measurement method in fluids
摘要 The measurement method introduces, to the primary excitation by an ultrasonic field of high intensity needed for the production of the cavitation fields, a secondary HF ultrasonic field. The amplitude of the sound parts forming by intermodulation effects are extracted, for deciding the bubble density and the cavitation intensity in the cavitation field. The secondary excitation results by continuously introduced single frequency signals or a single wave train, of such a monofrequency signal. The frequencies of the secondary excitation signals are varied with successive measurements for the determination.
