An insulating underlay (1) is provided and the side of it turned away from the base and the connecting part engage in one another in the fixed state in relation to the weight force exerted by the facade. A recess in the underlay part accommodates the connecting part (4) locating on the underlay part. The side of the underlay part turned away from the base (6) has at least one rib or knob and the connecting part is provided with at least one corresponding recess for the engagement of the rib or knob. The underlay part on its side facing the base has hollows, and a seal running round the locating surface.
