The invention relates to prefabricated panels made of reinforced or prestressed concrete with an open cross-section in reverse box configuration, which provides for the appropriate fire resistance of concrete floor slab systems. The width of panel ribs in the prior art is insufficient to achieve fire resistant floor slab systems. This can be achieved by using panels with a reverse box cross-section forming with a width double than the ribs of backed panels, and supporting the weight of the latter. The object is to obtain such panels with a strictly rectangular external shape, with planar and parallel faces in order to achieve the minimum seam between backed panels, the fire resistance of the concrete slab being that of a double width set-back beam. The invnetion achieve this result in a linear fixed bed without moving any part of the formwork when extracting the panels. The fabrication of panels, the fabrication process and device are claimed.
|
