The invention relates to a flow power device, said device most adequately comprising a substantially vertically mountable transmission shaft 1 and at least one pair of wings adapted to rotating the transmission shaft, said pair of wings being formed by wings 2 formed by two wing halves 3, 4, respectively, and provided on opposite sides of the transmission shaft 1. The opposite wings 2 in the wing pair are united with each other by two twisting shafts 5,6, twistably journalled and extending crosswise relative to the transmission shaft, such that opposite wing halves 3, 3; 4, 4 relative to the transmission shaft 1 are non-twistably connected to the same twisting shaft 5; 6, and the twisting shafts on their part are interconnected such that twisting of one shaft causes opposite directed twisting of the opposite twisting shaft. The wing halves 3, 4 are connected to the twisting shafts 5,6 such that when the wing halves of one wing are in an open position, the other wing half is in a closed position. According to the invention, it is provided that a body piece 7 is provided between the wings 2 of the wing pair, onto which the twisting shafts 5, 6 are rotatably connected, such that the wing pair together with the twisting shafts 5, 6 and the body piece 7 form a functionable unit, which alone or together with one or more corresponding units is provided to be fastened to the transmission shaft 1. <IMAGE>
