The apparatus automatically marks the car accident position by sparaying coloured liquid on the road when the car accident occurs. It comprises a nozzle(6) connected to a colours vessel via a connection unit(4) and installed vertically at either corner of a front bumper(2) and a front bumper(2); a compressed gas vessel(7) installed at a position of the body(1); an impact sensor(10); an engine control unit(11) controlling the spraying of the colours based on the signal of the impact sensor(10); a solenoid valve(9) driven by the control unit(11).
