Abscheider mit Beruhigungszone zum Abtrennen von mineralischen Leichtstoffen
摘要

Before entering into the sewerage system, waste water contaminated with light, predominantly mineral fluids is passed through a DIN-standard separator, which constitues a smoothing run wherein the light fluids can rise to the surface due to their different density from that of water. To improve the degree of separation and to facilitate a water-free extraction of separated materials, the waste water in the smoothing run is circulated a number of times in a spiral stream whereby the upwardly separating light fluid passes into a no-flow zone where two-dimensional constriction compresses it to an extraction point. There the compressed light fluid is periodically extracted through the difference in density from water. The extraction is initiated when a scanning sensor indicates a sufficient layer.
