Lift and transport device for heavy loads

The device comprises a lift mechanism (3), support unit (4) and endless tracked vehicle mover (9) supporting the lift mechanism. This lift mechanism consists of belt-drums (14) arranged like a box and coupled together through four angle gears (15) connected to the lift drive (16) by a clutch (20). The belt drums have support belts (17) connected to the support frame. One support belt is passed through an inlet slit in the drum and is clamped by a pressure rail with fixing screws. The belts are placed round a pick-up roller in the support frame which is fitted with a pick-up body connected to the frame by several adjuster nuts with setting threads. Cone wheels on either side of the drums form the angular gearing. Underneath bearing blocks (21) the endless tracked vehicle mover is fitted on the frame structure with rollers (10) and guide rollers (11) and is attached to a drive (13). The energy supply (18) is in the upper left area of the frame.
