Motor pump unit

The pump motor unit includes a centrifugal pump (2) and an electronic DC commutator motor (3). The centrifugal pump (2) and the DC motor (3) are connected together via a cooling body (4). A slotted cup (6) of plastic or other suitable material may be held between a pump housing (5) and the cooling body (4). This has, in its closed end (7), a bearing (8) for a rotor (9). The pump housing (5) may be held between the cooling body (4) and a pump cover (11) and may have a second bearing (12) for the rotor (9). A stator packet (15) with a single or multiphase winding (16) may be fastened to the cooling body (4) via spacers (14). The spacers may have a base for an electronic circuit board which is connected via a connector cable (19) to an external electric control device.
