Foaming device for the generation of foam from water, air and shampoo, provided with a first, a second and a third inlet for supplying, respectively, air, water and shampoo to the foaming device. An admixture of water and shampoo is supplied via a first flexible hose to a foam lance. Air is supplied to the foam lance via a second flexible hose. An admixing unit is present in the foam lance, in which admixing unit the air supplied and the admixture of water and shampoo come together and form foam.
