Double bevel cutting edge router bit with multiple guide wheels

A router bit for trimming the overhanging edge of a plastic laminate is provided having a rotatable shaft (10). A cutting tool (20) is connected to the shaft and a cutting flute or wing (28) is connected to the cutting tool. A ball-bearing guide (40) rides along the apron of a plastic laminated top holding the cutting flute or wing in a spaced relationship to the plastic laminate. The shape of the cutting flute or wing employs two straight edges (22,24) connected by a small radial section (26). A first straight edge (22) is provided which lies at an angle of 5o to 7o with a portion of the side edge of the laminate. The second straight edge (24) is provided which lies at an angle of 40o to 60o with a portion of the side edge and the top edge of the plastic laminate. The radial section (26) connecting the first straight edge to the second straight edge, has a small radius of curvature of .005 inches to .015 inches.
