Examples of the gene are that which contains a sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 (length: 1,608) or by SEQ ID NO:2 (length: 1,593) in the Sequence List, that which is prepared by hybridization of it and codes for a polypeptide having a GnT-III activity or a functionally same activity and that in which the above is further integrated in vector. |
