FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: weak-acid and acid leaching processes are conducted in reactors with pulp preliminarily separated into solid and liquid phases before each reactor. Solid phase moves from the first reactor to the latter one and liquid phase moves in inverse direction. In the beginning of leaching process, ballast products (gypsum, gels, colloids), containing no vanadium compounds but adversely affecting leaching activity, are removed with drainage from process stream. Leaching line comprises reactors, apparatuses for separating pulp into drainage and sands, pumps for pumping pulp, pulp-transport pipelines, and stop appliances for changing direction of pulp displacement. Into sand-discharge pipes of separation apparatuses, drainage-supply pipelines are tied in. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of leaching process owing to countercurrent flowsheet and reduced expenses on maintenance and repair thanks to simple, single- type, and common equipment. |
