Disclosed is an apparatus to arrange papers within a bifacial unit and a control method thereof. In the apparatus, an arranging signal sensor(24) senses a start time for arranging papers in a bifacial system. Also, driving sources for guides to regulate width and length are prepared. The length guide is located in the center position for the papers to be arranged. The driving sources are controlled by a central processor. Thereby, the regulation time is reduced, the accuracy and reliability for arrangement are improved.
