发明名称 METHOD FOR REPOSITION OF BONE FRAGMENTS IN PEROSSEOUS OSTEOSYNTHESIS
摘要 FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: first roentgenogram is taken of damaged segment of patient's extremity to determine coordinates of area in which planar articulated joint will be placed. Roentgenogram is taken in projection of angular displacement plane of distal bone fragment. In this stage of method, surgeon marks distal point located on proximal bone fragment axis, proximal and distal points located on distal bone fragment axis and, after making reposition, distal point of distal bone fragment located on axis extension of proximal bone fragment. Distal point of proximal bone fragment and proximal point of distal bone fragment are connected pair-wise. Same pair-wise connection is effected between distal point of distal bone fragment and distal point located on axis extension of proximal bone fragment after making reposition. Perpendiculars are erected to mid-points of line segments thus-drawn. Point of mutual intersection of these perpendiculars marks area in which planar articulated joint must be placed. Next articulated joint is inserted, thereby removing bone deformation. EFFECT: method permits to place planar articulated joint at optimum point, thereby practising full reposition of bone fragments and eliminating all types of bone fragment displacements. 1 dwg
