A shaft-less rotary centering member RB like the above centering member is arranged and fixed eccentrically to the rotation center on the tilted upper face 2a of the rotary ring 2, a rocking plate 3 is obliquely fitted on the rotary centering member RB, and the vicinity of the center section O is fixed to the upper section of a rotation blocking member erected on a pedestal 1 and capable of being crook-deformed such as a double universal joint 4 and a spring SP. |
