FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: multicomponent polymeric composition comprises heat resistant high frequency sensitive polymer and compatibility promoting polymer. Physical properties of said composition are as follows: a is more than 2812 kg/sq.cm, b is equal or more than 70%, c is more than 30%. d is more than 1.0%, e is 0.1%, f is more than 0.1%, g is equal or more than 0.05, h is equal or more than 60%, i is equal to 0 wherein a is mechanical modulus of composition as measured according to ASTM D-882, b is reproducibility of composition in length percentage after initial 20% deformation, c is optical turbidity of composition which is essentially 9 mil (0.229 mm) thick film as measured in accordance with standard ASTM D-1003, d is dielectric of loss of composition at frequency of 1 Hz as measured at melt processing temperature, e is weight content of elementary halogens in composition, f is content of water soluble low molecular weight fraction in composition , g is dielectric loss of composition at 1-60 Hz and at temperatures from 25 to 250 C; h is sample deformation measured on 25.4 mm strip from composition under load of 1.9 kg/sq.cm and i denotes no signs of deformation whitening after extension at moderate rates of about 50 cm per minute till 100% elongation is obtained. Presence of deformation whitening is designed as 1 and its absence as 0. EFFECT: improved properties. |
