PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a display picture by changing over circuit elements through which multiphased picture signal pass in an arbitrary cycle prevent a vertical line or the like caused by the difference of characteristics from visually entering into the display picture. SOLUTION: Picture signals S1∼S4 of final outputs are formed by successively changing over changeover circuits 14 which are circuit elements through which respective picture signals S1∼S4 pass, that is, amplifiers AMP1∼4 in the arbitrary cycle. Wave forms of timing signals C1∼C4 to be used at this time are formed as pulse waves made by being successively shifted by the phase difference equal to the length of one data unit of the picture signals S1∼S4. Since the amplifiers through which the multiphased picture signals pass are made to be successively differed by a prescribed cycle on this manner, even through a slight difference is present in the characteristic, for example, of a linearity or a gain etc., among respective amplifiers, these differences are made to be smoothed.
