<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structural calculation for seismic force by making an outer wall bearing resistance force of a structural face plate of the outer walls of first and second floors of a three-story building with a small house on the highest story and setting the outer wall of the highest story in the outer wall of brace structure. SOLUTION: A structural face plate 2 is attached to the outer face part of a rectangular frame 4, an outer wall panel 1a constituting the outer walls of first and second stories is formed, brace material 5 is aslant erected in the inside of the rectangular frame 4, the face plate 2 is attached to the outer face part of the frame 4, and an outer wall panel 3a of the highest story is formed. Next, when displacements are setδ,δ' respectively in the case where external force is horizontally applied to the panels 1a, 3a,δ>=3δ', is established, and rigidity is improved by providing the brace material 5 on the panel 3a. Thereby the rigidity of the panel 3a is three times larger than that of the panel 1a, structural calculation may be performed as 2 layers in a three-story building with a small house on the highest story, the outer walls of the first and second stories can be made the same structure as the conventional two-story outer wall, and the structural calculation can be simplified.</p> |
