摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover oxygen from air by a single bed system by discharging gap gas from the product end of an adsorbent bed container to a low purity oxygen tank to reduce the pressure of the adsorbent bed in the adsorbent bed container to intermediate pressure and discharging the gap gas from the adsorbent bed container through a supply matter end. SOLUTION: A valve 22 is opened to start the reduction of the pressure in an adsorbent bed container 19 from desorbing high pressure and gap gas is allowed to flow out of a push-away conduit 21 to be introduced into a low purity oxygen tank 23. Next, valves 8, 17 are opened while valves 4, 15, 13, 22, 29 and a check valve 25 are closed and the gap gas in the adsorbent bed container 19 is sent to a supply/vacuum blower 2 through conduits 18, 16 and a valve 17 and passed through an outlet scrubber unit 9 to be discharged. Wherein, the gap gas is further discharged by the supply/vacuum blower 2 to bring the pressure in the adsorbent bed container 19 to atmospheric pressure or lower. By this constitution, the depressurizing process is accelerated to shorten a cycle time.</p>
