PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide centrifugal fan to have a high gas quantity and be quiet though the fan is formed in a compact manner, and be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A mold comprises an inner core 41; and an outer core 49 movable forward to and backward from the inner core 41. A number of partition walls 44 for molding are radially disposed on the inner circumferential side of the inner core 41 with a fine distance therebetween and besides, the molding partition wall 44 is formed approximately in a uniform thickness and in a thin sheet-form shape or an arcuate shape in cross section. Further, the outer core 49 is axially moved forward to and backward from the inner core 41 and a number of the partition walls 44 for molding are removably mounted on the inner core 41. A centrifugal fan is integrally injection-molded by a so formed mold. |
