PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately adjust the amount of data which are displayed according to the depth of interest of respective readers to topics by determining the data to be shown to the respective readers and the amount of the data according to information showing the importance of the category that an article belongs to, and displaying the data only by the determined amount. SOLUTION: A disk drive 104 is stored with data of articles to be provided by electronic newspaper service and an article management table 200, a reader management table 500, an access frequency comparison table 600, etc. Then information on the correspondence relation between data for showing articles belonging to the category and information regarding priority among data constituting the articles or information on the rate to all data constituting the articles is used as the information showing the importance of the category. For example, when the importance is 5, up to 5th data from the top priority and the number corresponding to them are displayed or information up to 1/4 from the top priority is displayed. |
