SUBSTANCE: composition comprises plasticizer for priming layer in amount of 60-80 weight parts per 100 weight parts of polyvinyl chloride and synthanol surfactant in amount of 3-5 weight parts per 100 weight parts of polyvinyl chloride in transparent layer, the ratio of compositions is as follows, wt. pts: priming layer: polyvinyl chloride, 100; plasticizer, 60-80; blowing agent, 3.0-5.0; hydrophobic chalk, 40-45; stabilizer, 1.5-3.5; titanium white paint, 1.5-3.5; polyvinyl chloride, 5.0-18.0; printing layer: 100 polyvinyl chloride; 45-60 plasticizer; hydrophobic talk, 30-40; synthanol, 1.5-2.0; titanium white paint, 5.0-10; stabilizer, 1.5-2.0; transparent layer: 100 polyvinyl chloride; plasticizer, 45-60; synthanol, 3.0-5.0; stabilizer, 3.0-5.0.
