FIELD: medicine, antibiotics. SUBSTANCE: the end product is isolated by dissolving the technical phenoxymethylpenicillin-acid with organic solvent mixing with water followed by crystallization of phenoxymethylpenicillin-acid from an aqueous-organic medium. Method eliminates stages causing antibiotic loss (double suspending technical phenoxymethylpenicillin-acid in butyl acetate, reextraction of antibiotic with potassium acetate aqueous solution and antibiotic potassium salt desalting). EFFECT: increased yield, enhanced quality, improved ecology, decreased net cost. |
