PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with management of varied sort variable quantity production by arranging a cooperating means outputting a countermeasure instruction concerning to a planning means and converting means which work for suppressing an achievement value within a management limit. SOLUTION: By means of a function of a cooperating unit 8, a countermeasure instruction toward a planning unit 5 and a converting unit 6, which work for suppressing an achievement value within the management limit, is outputted and displayed on a display 4 by means of a managing unit 7 when the respective achievement values exceed the management limit at least. The cooperating unit 8 is also provided with a function by which a fluid number curve, a transition graph, for example, of costs, man-hours, and progress for a duration in which a manufacturing condition of a plurality of products and parts is grasped is found, and at least countermeasures for feeding order, allocation, and an external order contract are outputted so as to be displayed on the display 4 if the respective achievement values in the transition graph exceed the management limit. |
