<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the input accuracy of a touch panel. SOLUTION: At least one of transparent electrode films respectively formed on two transparent electrode substrates constituting the touch panel consists of an oxide film containing at least either one of indium In and a tin Sn, at least one kind of metallic element selected from an element group consisting of a titanium Ti, silicon Si, nickel Ni, iridium Ir, rhodium Rh, cerium Ce, zirconium Zr, thallium Tl, hafnium Hf, magnesium Mg, alminium Al, tantalum Ta, cobalt Co, lead Pb, germanium Ge, chrome Cr, and zinc Zn and oxygen O as constitutional elements and having 2.2 to 40at.% of [atom rate (total metallic atoms) of all metallic elements]/[(In or Sn)+(all metallic atoms)] and the film thickness and specific resistance of the transparent electrode film are included in a rectangular range having points A to D as vertexes.</p> |
