FIELD: cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: powdery composition based on peroxy-derivatives contains, at least, one linear block copolymer and/or statistical copolymer of polyethyleneoxid /polypropyleneoxid type. This copolymer may be simultaneously anhydrous, while at room temperature it may be liquid and soluble in water. Decolorizing powders are highly dispersed, anhydrous, fluid, homogeneous, nondusty, and are dispersed in hydrogen peroxide. EFFECT: higher cosmetic properties. |
