PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-fixed capacitor, which has a large electrostatic capacity, with a large variable range, and wherein the frequency characteristics can be enhanced extending over a wide frequency band. SOLUTION: A first-layer deposited metal electrode is scattered by the characteristics that a laser beam 16 press through a dielectric plastic film 11b, and after the beam 16 is transmitted through the film 11b to scatter a second- layer deposited metal electrode and deposited metal electrodes in the laminated direction are scattered successively. As a result, a multilayer of the deposited metal electrodes are simultaneously scattered. Thereby, as a plastic film, which can form the laminated deposited metal electrodes into a multilayer structure, is used as the dielectric plastic film, the initial specified capacity of a semi-fixed capacitor before a laser trimming is increased into a large capacity, and the variable range of the capacity is enlarged by the laser trimming. |
