PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange table data on a picture with a high density to display data by converting plural tables to one nested table in accordance with correlations of respective tables at the time of displaying plural table form data on the picture. SOLUTION: In the range of sets of relations stored in a table form data base 101, a relation correlation generation part 103 generates correlations 121 of plural relations designated through a relation vertical relation designation part 102. A nesting relation generation part 104 uses these correlations 121 to convert the relation data to nest structure relations 122 where relations are permitted as attributes of relations, and a nesting relation display part 106 arranges and displays data of nesting structure relations 122 on the picture in accordance with a picture division number 123 calculated for each relation by a picture division number calculation part 105.
