FIELD: program tests of wood-working machines. SUBSTANCE: braking torque is reproduced by friction brake, radial load is reproduced by weights developing centrifugal component and by aerostatic loader reconstructing radial load of wood cutting. Axial load is reconstructed by separate pneumatic drive. Friction brake incorporates disc put on shaft which is squeezed under action of pneumatic drive between support and cheek. Centrifugal load is simulated by placement of weight into clutch which mass is calculated in advance. Aerostatic loader simulates both radial load emerging with cutting of wood by blade and pauses followed after it. For creation of axial load loader is mounted on guides in which it moves under action of pneumatic drive. EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities by reproduction of entire spectrum of loads emerging during working of wood, by full automation of process of test, by simplified control over loader and by stability of reproduced loads. 4 cl, 6 dwg |
