PURPOSE: To provide a boosting and clamping circuit outputting a boosted signal in early output when a signal impressed to an input terminal is a binary number '1' and outputting the signal by dropping to a fixed level when time passes. CONSTITUTION: A boosting and clamping circuit is provided with a boosting circuit 10 inputting a signal and outputting this to a high input impedance load by boosting and a clamping circuit 20 oneside of which is connected to the output terminal of the boosting circuit 10, the other side of which is connected to the ground and which fixes the output voltage level of the boosting circuit 10 by dropping to a fixed level as time passes. In this way, the boosting and clamping circuit output the boosted signal early and fixes the output voltage level by dropping to a fixed level as time passes. |
