PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform unlatching operation from the outside even in the abnormal state where a key can not be used. SOLUTION: A key insert hole is provided in a pedestal for rotatably supporting a locking shaft 6, a pedestal fixing vis is covered with a seal in a recessed part, a movable base plate 15 to which a latch bar 7 is fixed is moved and energized in the projecting direction by a spring 10, and the locking shaft 6 is passed through an oblong slot 23 of the movable base plate 15, an oblong slot 24 of the front plate part of a case 18, an oblong slot 25 of a door 1, and an oblong slot 26 of the rear face plate part of the case 18. When the keyway 6b of the locking shaft 6 can not be used, the pedestal is detached, the locking shaft 6 is moved laterally along the slot, and the latch bar 7 is forced to escape from a receiving part 22 of a fixed frame 2 side. |
