SOLUTION: In a vitrified bond cubic boron nitride grinding wheel formed by solidifying a cubic system boron nitride abrasive grain under presence of many blow holes by an oxide of Si-B-Na-Ca-O system which is a glass binding agent, the glass binding agent is constituted by a fluorine oxide of Si-B-Na-Ca- Ti-Al-F-O system formed by containing in ratio by weight 1 to 15% Ti, 0.5 to 10% Al and 0.5 to 7% F in the oxide of Si-B-Na-Ca-O system. |
