PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ear hung parts from suspended by separately forming a cover part and the ear hung parts from nonwoven fabric composed of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber and joining them so as to be flat and smooth faces in a nonwoven fabric-made disposable sanitary mask composed of the cover part for the mouth and the ear hung parts. SOLUTION: A mask 1 is composed of a cover part 2 for covering the mouth and the periphery of the nasal cavity and a pair of ear hung part 3 having holes for hung around the ears, and the side end parts 6 of the cover part 2 and the base parts 7 of the ear hung parts 3 are stacked together, joined with each other, and formed into coupled parts 10. The cover part 2 and the ear hung parts 3 are formed from soft nonwoven fabric containing a thermoplastic synthetic fiber respectively and the stacked nonwoven fabrics are fused and integrated by heating and pressurizing in the coupled part 10. Most of the synthetic fibers of the side end parts 6 and the base parts 7 are thus lost their forms so as to become a film state so that the outer faces of the side end parts 6 are melted and formed into flat and smooth faces. |
