PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust meshing between a reduction pinion and a reduction gear by threadedly engaging a combining flange part with the outer circumference of a bearing retainer, and forming it into a nut shape relatively movable in the axial direction against the bearing retainer. SOLUTION: A combining flange part 31 is separately constructed from a bearing retainer 15, the inner circumferential face of the combining flange part 31 and the the outer circumferential face on the outer end part side of the bearing retainer 15 are respectively formed with thread parts 32, 33, and these thread parts are threadedly engaged with each other so as to combine the combining flange part 31 with the bearing retainer 15. Consequently, the relative position in the axial direction of the combining flange part 31 against the bearing retainer 15 can be adjusted, by rotating the combining flange part 31 without rotating the bearing retainer 15. Hereby, engagement of a gear part 11A with a gear part 12A can be adjusted.
