FIELD: medicine, particular, laser dermatology; applicable in elimination of tattings. SUBSTANCE: unit has interconnected solid-state pulsed ruby laser, consisting of quantum generator located in optical resonator and device for Q-switching, device for liquid cooling, power supply source and optical system for bringing the radiation to patient's skin. Q-switching device is made in form of passive laser gate based on crystal of magnesium orthosilicate activated with chromium ions (MgSiO:Cr). Laser is essentially body accommodating successively nontransmitting mirror, laser gate, quantum generator and out- coupling mirror. In this case, located between quantum generator and mirrors are located boundary sealing posts made, mainly, in form of rings, and resonator mirrors are installed in holder with end faces of holders, posts and quantum generator are parallel to one another and to working surfaces of mirrors with the accuracy of up to 10degree, and end faces of body have attachment members made in form of hold-down pieces. EFFECT: provision of generation of laser radiation with parameters ensuring prevention of burns of integument, higher efficiency in elimination of tatting with simultaneous reduction of mass-size characteristics of the offered unit and decreased energy consumption. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
