FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: closed tank 7 receives rotor 25 with two charging conical branch pipes 12 and 4. When the rotor is in rotation washing water is supplied through top branch pipe 12 and water- rock mixture is supplied through bottom branch pipe. Due to formation of fluidized bed inside ring chambers 6 of the rotor heavy particles settle out and light particles is discharged outside. Inside the tank are ring deflector and filter 9 that do not allow solid particles to enter branch pipe 12. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
