FIELD: production of rotary-cut veneer. SUBSTANCE: machine has veneer knife, knife for preliminary treatment of billet, attachment devices of this knife are connected with respective drive through mechanism of motion from working position to inoperative one. Surface of support facing the billet knife is provided with recess. Cutting edges of knives are parallel and are located in one plane when in working position. Veneer knife is secured on surface of support located at acute angle relative to surface of support facing the billet preliminary treatment knife. EFFECT: higher reliability. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
