PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing genetic diseases exhibiting various kinds of symptoms of opportunistic infection diseases, etc. SOLUTION: This method for diagnosing genetic diseases exhibiting various kinds of symptoms of opportunistic infection diseases comprises subjecting cell lysate of a person to be examined to gel electrophoresis and searching variation of amino acid sequence of β-actin or isolating cDNA of β/3-actin and searching the variation of amino acid sequence of β-actin or variation of gene sequence using the cDNA.
