PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control a transparent body with simple constitution and to improve vertical resolution by vibrating the transparent body so that the deformation of the vibration of the transparent body becomes maximum when the vicinity of an image center is displayed on a projection surface set up in front. SOLUTION: The light outgoing from a light source 1 and the reflected light reflected by a reflector 3 are made incident on a liquid crystal panel 2, and the transmission light are enlarged by a projection means 9 through the transparent body 6, and the image is projected forward. At this time, a drive signal generated by a drive signal generation means 7 is supplied to a driving means 8, and the driving means 8 drives the transparent body 6 according to the drive signal so as to repeat the vibration in sine wave at a field period. Then, the transparent body 6 vibrates so that the tilt of the rotation of the transparent body 6 becomes maximum, and the direction of the rotation of the transparent body 6 becomes opposite to each other in even numbered field and odd numbered field. |
