PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easier adaptation to the altering of command names and addition of function or others. SOLUTION: The body 1 of a mass spectrograph is provided with an ion source part 2, a mass analysis part 3, an ion detection part 4 and a device control processor 5. A host computer 6 handling a user's interface sends a command to a device control processor 5 while receiving measuring data, information pertaining to the state of devices and the like. The processor 5 is connected to a memory M in which various programs are stored for a control function 11, a control function 12, a state reading function 13, additional functions 14 and the like through an I/O address bus. The command begins at the head thereof with a character for decision and the character and desired alphanumeric characters following the character is defined as command nomination. An I/O address and a data as required follow and the command is interpreted by a command interpretation execution program. |
