PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work and securely reinforce a patch by attaching a patch of which outer Surface is curved on each surface of a polygonal reinforced concrete column and winding steel plates or high strength fiber reinforced sheets on the outer periphery of it. SOLUTION: A patch 2 of which outer surface is curved is attached to each surface 1a of a column 1 of polygonal reinforced concrete structure so as to form a circular cross-section around the axis of the concrete column 1. Next steel plates or high-strength fiber reinforced sheets 3 and 3 are wound on the outer periphery of the patch 2. By this, the steel plates or high strength fiber reinforced sheets 3 can be wound closely and securely on the outer periphery of the patch 2 so as to introduce a uniform tension. In addition, when the patch 2 is formed continuously or dividedly into multiple parts in the direction of axis of the concrete column 1, and attached to each surface 1a of the concrete column 1, the work can be facilitated. |
