PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a board, which is made mainly of waste paper fibrilate excellent in strength, formability and cushioning properties and odorless. SOLUTION: After waste paper fibrils fibrillated under dry state, thermoplastic fines and scented microcapsulates are mixed under dry state, all of them are heated up to the temperature higher than the melting point of thermoplastic fines. As a result, some part of or the whole thermoplastic fines are melted, resulting in bonding waste paper pulps with one another so as to obtain a board. Or instead of mixing scented microcapsules under dry state, the scented microcapsule dispersion liquid is applied on and infiltrated in the board after being produced so as to obtain a used paper board. |
