PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely cut a film and to easily and surely hold the apex of the cut film by a holding apparatus by moving a knife in the width direction of the film from the position of a slit to the position exceeding the side end of another side to cut the film under a condition where the knife is brought into contact with the film. SOLUTION: When the first sprocket 16a is rotated to the right by driving a rotational driving machine 16d and a chain 16c is rotated to the right, a knife holder 13 connected with the chain 16c is moved by crossing in the right direction, namely, the broad part of a raw film 31 to the side end direction of another side by rotating a rotating roller on a guide path of a guide body 12. Therefore, as the knife body crosses a running raw film 31, it cuts diagonally the broad part of the film from the position of a slit to the side end of another side and crosses the side end to cut completely the broad part. As the result, the raw film 31 fed into a longitudinal drawing apparatus gradually increases its width and the raw film 31 with a whole width is eventually fed. |
