PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform air-conditioning neither too much nor too less by detecting the number of elevate users with every fixed time, analyzing and learning a story floor where elevator users numerously gather, its time zone and the flow of persons by this detected value, and controlling an elevator and air- conditioning equipment of elevator halls. SOLUTION: An elevator hall environment condition detecting device 11 and a respective story hall person number detecting device 12 are arranged in respective story elevator halls 10. On the outer hand, an elevator landing car inside environment condition detecting device 21 and a car inside person number detecting device 22 are arranged in an elevator car 20. Detected data is temporarily stored in a storage part 34a, and next, operation is performed on an amenity value of the halls 10 an amenity value in the car 20 by an amenity value operation part 34c. A moving process of elevator users with every time and its quantity are analyzed and learnt by an analyzing learning part 34b, and the amenity value of the halls 10 and the amenity value in the car 20 are compared with each other by an amenity comparing part 34b. An operation setting value of air-conditioning equipments is changes according to its result. |
