PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable traveling-related devices including an accelerator to be freely operated even when a cab is tilted so that those devices can be well inspected and adjusted. SOLUTION: A neutral signal or parking signal generating device 8-1 is provided to generate a signal equivalent to the neutral signal or parking signal of a selector. Either the signal from this device or the signal a selector switch 8 is inputted to a drive motor control device 3 via a change-over relay 7. A cab unlock detecting switch 6B, which is turned off when a cab is tilted (i.e., the cab is unlocked), is provided so that the change-over relay 7 can be changed over to the solid line position when tilted to input the signal from the neutral signal generating device 8-1 to the drive motor control device 3. Because traveling-related devices are not mechanically locked when the cab is tilted, they can freely be operated when inspected and adjusted, which ensures perfect inspection and adjustment of the devices. |
