<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking antenna device which unnecessitates a power supply line for supplying power from the inside of mobile object. SOLUTION: A tracking antenna device 1 has a plane antenna 11 for receiving signals from satellites, turn frame 13 to be turned with a turn shaft part 12 for azimuth angle adjustment as a center while mounting the plane antenna 11, fixed base 14 for mounting the turn frame 13 and supporting that frame so as to freely turn it, control part 15 for controlling the turn of turn frame 13 by driving an azimuth angle direction driving part 16 based on the received signal received by the plane antenna 11, storage battery 17 for supplying power to the tracking antenna device 1 excepting for hours of sunlight or when turning on a power source, and radome joint connector 18 for performing the electric connection of power source, and the entire device is covered with a radome 19 which shields flying objects and wind and rain and reduces a radio wave transmission loss. On the surface of radome 19, a solar battery 20 is formed at the section where the reception of signals from the satellite to the plane antenna 11 is not shielded. Thus, power supply to the tracking antenna device 1 and charging of storage battery 17 are performed.</p> |
