<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an error in the calculation of the number of times by adding summer time switch notation to time data every input so as to report working astride the switching time of summer time. SOLUTION: When attendance data (leaving work) is inputted in a time zone before the time of switching a processing date from the point of time when an internal clock 8 is automatically advanced an hour because of starting summer time, attendance data is added with switch notation for starting summer time according to a program stored in ROM 6 each time of input. Similarly when attendance data (leaving work) is inputted in a time zone before the time of switching a processing date from the point of time when the internal clock 8 is automatically returned by an hour because of finishing summer time, attendance data is added with switch notation for finishing summer time according to a program each time of input. The error of calculation of a salary or a charge is prevented at the time of summer time switch-over.</p> |
