METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE POLYETHERESTER BLOCK COPOLYMER

Polyether ester block copolymer is prepared by (1) using polybutylene terephthalate system polyester as hard segment and polyoxybutylene glycol system polyether as soft segment, adding 0.01-0.1mol% of aliphatic diamine indicated as [H2N-R-NH2 to dimethyltelephthlate, (2) combining 0.01-2wt% of stearinic metal salt as organic crystal nuclear agent to polymer and copolymer. The produced polyether ester block copolymer improves the adhesive power of crystal and elastic power so that crystal structure is not easily broken when radiated. In the formula, R is aliphatic component of C3-C6 indicated as CnH2n.
