FIELD: shipbuilding; delivery of ice to southern and middle latitudes. SUBSTANCE: sectional ship equipped with general shipboard systems and equipment is additionally provided with ice device which is also used for loading ice in ship's tanks and device for making ship fast to monolithic ice block; this device is made in the form of extensible rod with holding head deepened in ice at rotating rod. Head has outer cutting edges on hinged tabs. Provision is made for adjustment of angle of setting of rod and its vertical motion in case of change in draft and motions. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of making the ship fast to monolithic ice blocks, including those with steep slopes. 10 cl, 4 dwg |
